MLS

The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is a private offer of cooperation and compensation by listing brokers to other real estate brokers, according to the National Association of Realtors. There are over 800 MLSs throughout the United States and some larger metropolitan areas, such as Los Angeles, have more than one MLS service.
